If the email/phone number is working fine and you can log in to your BlockFin account successfully, follow the steps below to change it:

1. Log in to your BlockFin account and click on the [User Avatar] in the upper right corner, select [Account & Security].
2. Navigate to the [Email] section and click on [Change] to access the Change Email page.
3. A pop-up prompt will appear to remind that withdrawal will be suspended for 24 hours after resetting the security items. Click on [Continue] to next.
4. Enter your new email address and complete the verification process by clicking [Send] buttons and filling in the new email code, current email code/SMS code, and 2FA code. Click [Submit] to successfully change your email.
APP
1. Log in to your BlockFin account and tap on the BlockFin logo in the top left corner on the homepage.
2. Select [Account & Security] from the options.
3. Go to the [Email] section and tap on the arrow [→] to access the Change Email page.
4. Enter your new email address and complete the verification process by clicking [Send] buttons and filling in the new email code, current email code/SMS code, and 2FA code. Click [Submit] to successfully change your email.
If you have lost access to your email/phone number or if it is not functioning, follow the steps below to change:

1. Click here to reset your email/phone number: https://blockfin.com/reset-security. Alternatively, click on [Unable to verify] to change your email or phone number.
Before accessing the reset security page, please ensure you have your registered email/phone number and login password handy. If you forget your login password, you won't be able to access the reset security page.
2. On the Reset Security Verification page, select the issue you are facing and click [Start Reset].
3. Follow the detailed instructions and requirements to prepare and upload a video.
To ensure your request is proceeded smoothly, please follow the guide below to create a qualified video:
- Show your face clearly; hold the front of your ID Card/Passport/Driving License (choose one) and a piece of handwritten paper (write down your UID, today's Date and your request on the paper).
- Provide withdrawal records from the withdrawal platform/wallet deposited into BlockFin. (Go to your withdrawal platform/wallet and show the corresponding withdrawal details with withdrawal address, Txid, token quantity and time.)

- The file must be less than or equal to 20MB
- Do not edit the video
4. Entering your new email or phone number and complete the verification by filling in the new email code/SMS code/ Google Authenticator code. Then click [Submit]. Your request to change the email/phone number will be submitted to the system.
5. Please kindly note that your request will be reviewed within 24 hours, and the result will be sent to you via email. Please pay attention to your email for updates.
