BlockFin provides a range of account types, each designed for specific functions. This article aims to guide you through the various functions associated with each account.
Funding Account
The Funding Account serves as the primary storage for assets, facilitating deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers. Deposited funds are credited directly to the Funding Account upon depositing into BlockFin. Similarly, when withdrawing from BlockFin, it is important to ensure that the funds are kept within the Funding Account. If the funds are in a different account, kindly transfer them to the Funding Account before initiating the withdrawal.
Spot Account
The Spot Account is primarily designated for spot trading purposes. To engage in spot trading, it is necessary to transfer the corresponding assets from other accounts to your Spot Account prior to initiating any trades.
Futures Account
The Futures Account is specifically designed for Futures trading purposes. Prior to engaging in trading activities, it is important to ensure that the funds are maintained within the Futures Account. Additionally, this account can receive futures bonuses distributed by BlockFin.
Copy Trading Account
The assets in the Copy Trading account are mainly used for copy trading only. When starting copy trading, users don't need to transfer assets to the Copy trading account manually, just go to Copy Trading page, complete the copy trading settings, the system will transfer assets from others account to the Copy trading account automatically. Same as the Futures Account, this account is also eligible to receive futures bonuses distributed by BlockFin.
Earn Account
The Earn Account on BlockFin is specifically tailored for savings products, encompassing both Flexible and Fixed terms. Presently, the Earn service supports three tokens: BTC, ETH, and USDT.
How to Transfer Assets among Different Accounts?
Web
Log in to your BlockFin account, navigate to [Assets] - [Overview] or other accounts pages. Look for the [Transfer] button in the top right corner, which is also available on each account page. Click on it to begin transferring your assets to different accounts.
App
Open the BlockFin App, navigate to the [Wallet] section at the bottom of homepage, and choose either [Overview] or [Funding]. Locate the [Transfer] button and click on it. Select the desired accounts [From and To] and the token, then enter the amount you wish to transfer.
Notes:
1. Please make sure you have transferred the assets to the Funding Account before you withdraw.
2. Currently, we only support USDT-M perpetual contracts, so only USDT can be transferred to the Futures account for trading. If you cannot find your coin, please switch to the Spot account as the target account to proceed.
