Withdrawal Procedure on Web:

1. Log in to the official BlockFin website: https://blockfin.com/ and click [Assets] - [Withdraw] on the top right corner.

2. Select the Crypto you want to withdraw, fill in the withdrawal address and network, then fill in the withdrawal amount.

Notes:

Network: Select the withdrawal network from the available options Note: normally the system will automatically match the network for the selected address; if there are multiple networks available, you need to ensure the withdrawal network selected is the same as the deposit network in the receiving exchanges or wallets to avoid any losses.
Address: Fill in your withdrawal [Address] (please check if the network you chose corresponds to your withdrawal address in the deposit platform).
Amount Note: the withdrawal amount should be more than the minimum amount but can't exceed the 24-hour withdrawal limit based on your verification level.
Fees Note: the network fee can vary between networks and is determined by blockchain.

4. Complete the security verifications and select [Confirm], your withdrawal order will be submitted.

Please note that: After submitting your withdrawal request, this needs to be reviewed by the system. It will take some time, so please be patient with the system to process.

Withdrawal Procedure on App:

1. Open the BlockFin App, tap on [Wallet] - [Funding] - [Withdraw]

2. Select the crypto you want to withdraw and choose your withdrawal Network.

Network: Select the withdrawal network from the available options Note: normally the system will automatically match the network for the selected address; if there are multiple networks available, you need to ensure the withdrawal network selected is the same as the deposit network in the receiving exchanges or wallets to avoid any losses
Address: Fill in your withdrawal [Address] (please check if the network you chose corresponds to your deposit address in the deposit platform).
Amount Note: the withdrawal amount should be more than the minimum amount but can't exceed the limit based on your verification level.
Fees Note: the network fee can vary between networks and is determined by blockchain.

3. Complete the security verifications and select [Confirm], your withdrawal order will be submitted.

To protect your assets well, please make sure that the selected network matches the network of the platform you are depositing funds to, and double check the withdrawal information carefully, including token's name, amount, network, address, and tag/memo. If you select the wrong network, your funds might be lost and cannot be recovered.
